Diamonds/Gemstones : Diamonds/Gemstones are genuine.

Order : We accept orders by e-mail. In our system you simply copy & paste the item code numbers that you want preferably in an Excel sheet along with the quantity, and e-mail the attached sheet to us at sales@diajewels.com Or directly paste it in an e-mail & leave the formatting job for us to do. Once you place your order, we will e-mail you the proforma invoice that will include your preferred shipping option and insurance with a link to a page on our website that will lead to the credit card payment website at ICICI bank where you can safely feed in the details and make the payment.

No minimum order :We do not have a minumum order requirement. If your order is less than US$ 500 then you will be charged US$ 30 towards bank charges as our goods are very competitively priced at wholesale rates.

One person to deal with : You need to contact only one person for ALL your queries. i.e. Mr. Kashif Alim Akhtar at sales@diajewels.com

Lead time :
Loose Gemstones are in stock and can be sent to you as soon as we receive the payment.
Diamond beads are in stock and can be sent to you as soon as we receive the payment.
Gemstone beads will take about 7 to 10 days to assemble as we have loose beads in stock & we have to select the beads after your confirmation.

Shipment : We ship worldwide.

Mode of shipment :There are 3 ways to ship the goods. (1) FedEx (2) Speed-post (3) Air-freight
(1) Delivery by FedEx will take about 2 to 3 days. It will cost about US$ 150.00. The cost depends on the weight of the parcel.

(2) Delivery by Speed-post will take about 4 to 5 days. It will cost about US$ 40. The cost depends on the weight and value of the parcel.

(3) Delivery by Air-freight takes 3 to 4 days after manufacturing. It will cost about US$ 150.00 plus your customs clearing agent charges.

Online payment facility : Credit cards option - We have upgraded our website to accept online payments by credit card. So you can buy now at a click of a mouse in the comfort of your home or office using either Master or Visa card.
